Before you can move like an athlete, you must first move well as a human. This deep, immersive program restores and strengthens fundamental human functions, including but not limited to your ability to squat, hinge, walk, rotate, balance, reach overhead, move up and down different elevations, handle impact, and control your body through space through as many joint positions that may present limitations, restrictions, or vulnerabilities.

The goal: rebuild your foundation, eliminate weak links, and unlock efficient, pain-free athletic movement.

Once these foundations are solid, we layer on athletic capacities: sprinting, jumping, cutting, juking, throwing, hitting, grappling, and handling the high-force, high-speed demands of your sport.

After the Intensive

Following the Intensive, you'll move into a 6-week customized performance program delivered through the TrueCoach App, integrating everything learned into your training.
