We have been told over and over by the media that you have to KILL IT! Go all out, work hard, sweat out of your eyeballs, bleed, grind, grit, and suck it up to be successful. I would imagine these words may inspire some, make other cringe, and for some make them feel indifferent (oh […]MORE INFO

– By Holly Stump and Sumair Bhasin My motto for healthy eating is K.I.S.S.: Keep It Simple, Stupid. No, YOU aren’t stupid, but media, the news, and misinformed sources can be! So don’t make this any harder than it has to be or you’ll just: a) Default back to your old self-defeating ways b) Spend […]MORE INFO

"After each work-out, I leave knowing more than when I came in. The tips and information that he provides allows me to be more effective inside AND outside the gym. For example, the discussions that we have had about diet and how it correlates with daily energy levels have been incredibly valuable. In summary, it has been a pleasure working with Sumair and every time I achieve one of my goals, I am confident that he will help me strive to meet new goals."

“I am so thankful to have spent the past year training with Sumair. He has literally changed my life and I’m so grateful for it!! Sumair is the perfect mixture of encouragement and tough love. He is going to be there for you in almost every way; he listens to your problems, pushes you when you need pushing and gives you the tools you need in order to succeed. "Sumair is dedicated to you, but in return, YOU must be dedicated back. I’m back in my favorite pant size, ZERO!!!! Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are HARD. Like, really hard. But, it’s so exciting to see yourself getting stronger each time and being able to do things you’ve never done before. The best part is that Sumair is just as excited about your new accomplishments, if not more excited, than you are. You can tell this is his passion in life and he’s so good at what he does.”
